A "CVV shop" sells stolen credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes. Buying that data, or selling it, is carding fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1029, and it is prosecuted as a felony with prison time and restitution. I will not produce a buyer's guide, vendor comparison, or pricing walkthrough for it.

What the request actually involves
Card data on those marketplaces comes from breaches, skimmers, and phishing. Every purchase funds identity theft against a real person who then deals with chargebacks, frozen accounts, and damaged credit. Using bitcoin does not anonymize you, and blockchain analysis plus payment-processor records are routine evidence in these cases.

If you have been a victim
Contact your card issuer immediately, then file a report with the FTC at IdentityTheft.gov and the FBI's IC3. Freezing your credit with all three US bureaus blocks most new-account fraud.
