I won't point you to a place to sell CVVs, because there isn't a legal one. A CVV is the three or four digit verification code on a payment card. Selling those numbers, with or without the rest of the card data, is trafficking in stolen financial credentials. In the US that falls under wire fraud, access device fraud, and identity theft statutes, and it gets charged as a federal crime.

Why the "marketplaces" you've heard about are a dead end

Every forum, Telegram channel, or dark web shop advertising CVV sales has the same two endings. Either it's a scam that takes your deposit and disappears, or it's a monitoring operation collecting the people who show up. Sellers get burned by buyers, buyers get burned by sellers, and nobody has recourse because the whole transaction is illegal by definition. There is no escrow, no dispute process, and no customer support for a crime.

If you want to make money from card payments, do it from the merchant side

There's a real business in card payments, and it doesn't involve anyone else's numbers:

• Open a merchant account with a processor and take payments on your own products or services.
• Become a registered payment facilitator or independent sales agent, which is a licensed, commission-based job.
• Work in fraud prevention, chargeback analysis, or risk operations. Banks and processors hire for these constantly.

If you already have someone's card data

Don't use it, don't pass it on. Report it to the card issuer, file a complaint with the FTC, and if you were recruited into a scheme, contact the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. Reporting first is what separates a witness from a defendant.

What the penalties actually look like

Federal access device fraud carries up to 10 years for a first offense, and aggravated identity theft adds a mandatory 2 years on top of whatever else you get. That's per count. People who sold a few dozen cards have done real prison time over it.
